The jury in Apple v. Samsung appears to have managed to get through 109 pages and 700 questions in only 22 hours: 5 pages and more than 31 questions per hour. Impressive performance if I could be led to believe that each question took less than 2 minutes to read, consider, discuss, and properly vote on.
Such astounding performance from the jury not withstanding, I seem to remember that Apple’s iMac, iPod, iPad, iPhone, and all the other iThings always came in hospital-white colors. Wasn’t that Apple’s distinguishing “feature”? Everything else came in black, so how is it that Samsung now infringes on Apple’s stuff even though my Galaxy phone isn’t all butt-ugly white at all? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, folks!
Methinks that there’s a problem that could be solved with a .44 Magnum.
